All jewelry purchased from Leaning
Tree Designs is covered by a one year repair or replacement guarantee
for any defect in workmanship that might occur with normal wear.
Should a repair be required
due to a defect in workmanship, Leaning Tree Designs will repair such
defect without charge for materials and/or labor.
Conditions and
limitations.
This warranty
is valid only at Leaning
Tree Designs. Improper repair or service performed by someone other than
Leaning Tree Designs will void this warranty.
This warranty is valid only
for products owned by the original purchaser and purchased at Leaning
Tree Designs. A proof of purchase documenting the date of purchase must
be provided in order to receive warranty service. This warranty excludes
coverage for excessive physical and/or accidental abuse, loss and theft
of an item, broken, cracked or lost stones. In the unlikely event a
stone or finding happens to loosen or fall out, we will tighten, repair
or restring the piece during the warranty period. All stones and
findings must be returned with the piece. Any missing stones and
findings required for proper repairs are not covered.
Due to the fact that watch
faces are not made by Leaning Tree Designs they are covered by a 30 day
replacement and restring warranty. After 30 days watch repairs are
subject to a replacement watch face charge and a restring fee.
Workmanship in the band portion of the watch is covered by the one year
warranty.
This warranty does not cover
the cost of shipping to or from Leaning Tree Designs. This warranty
excludes coverage for sizing issues. Returns due to sizing issues will
be subject to a restring fee.
Please notify Leaning Tree
Designs of any apparent defects upon their discovery to obtain a return
authorization. PLEASE DO NOT ship your products to Leaning Tree Designs
without prior authorization.
